Description
Choose a bundle of hair strands and create a small loop, pull the end of the tinsel completely through the ring, you can apply tools here;
For fine hair, choose 3 or 4 strands hairs (1 or 2 strands for thicker hair), slide the ring onto your hair, pull the tinsel ensure that the knot is close to the hair shaft, make the hair and tinsel a knot. Once it is attached to the bottom of the hair, tighten it. Now you can drop your hair down and pull the ends of the tinsel in the opposite direction until the knot is firm.
