1. Make sure the end of shoulder strap is sticked at the edge of the main strap. Put on the product on your shoulders. Adjust the shoulder brace if it is twisted.
2. Pull main straps 45°down to upper abdomen. Attach them to the sung fit. (Don't pull too tight)
