1. Use a screwdriver (not included) to loosen the screw, then remove the cover.
2. Insert the battery and ensure the positive pole is facing up.
3. Align the battery cover with the opening and securely tighten the screw.
What to do if the tape measure screen doesn't show anything?
1. Please remove the battery, wait 1min and reinstall it.
2. Replace the battery.
Why won't the tape measure connect to my phone?
1. Make sure the app you open is "Renpho Health".
2. Please place the tape measure near your phone.
3. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
What apps can I sync my smart tape measurement data to?
1. Currently, the RENPHO Tape Measure is only compatible with the Renpho Health APP.
2. Only waist measurement data can be synced to Apple Health, not other measurement data.
3. Other third-party apps are not supported at this time.
Why do measurements not line up with app?
Cause 1: The data was not zeroed for the last measurement. Please press and hold “√ â€button to zero the measurement.
Cause 2: Forget to switch between length mode and circumference modes. Please long press "M" Button to switch two measurement modes.
